Bring a friend and join us Saturday, April 9, 2016, for a bird walk at Squirrel Lake Park guided by Tony Lombardino, an avid birder who has lead many bird walks for visitors to the Rockefeller University Field Research Center in Millbrook, NY and as a docent at the Lab of Ornithology at Cornell University.
If you can’t find us when you get there, call 704 819-3447. The walk begins at 9:00 a.m. and last about 1.5 hours. Dress for the weather. We recommend waterproof shoes, long pants, and binoculars.
