Habitat and Wildlife Keepers (HAWK) is presenting 2015 Earth Day in Matthews to unite local business interest in the health of the community and networking opportunities—all in partnership with the town of Matthews and other nonprofits that care for our natural resources every day. Support your local community by joining us on Saturday, April 18, 2015, 10 AM to 2 PM at Stumptown Park in Matthews.
Bring your recyclables for HAWKcycyling: Batteries, CFLS, aluminum pull tabs, corks, egg cartons, medicines, & more!
There will be information available about Composting, Recycling, Eco-Friendly Initiatives, green businesses and services. Plus there will be wildlife and animal exhibits, food vendors, t-shirts, music, and more!
