We are thrilled to welcome Carolina Raptor Center to our store this Saturday, October 26th from 11:00am until 3:00pm.  They’ll be introducing two beautiful birds of prey, the species of which will be a surprise.  Will it be an owl?  A hawk?  A falcon? An eagle? Or even a vulture?

The Carolina Raptor Center is a 57-acre living museum and avian medical facility displaying over 25 species of raptors in a zoo-like setting. Located in Latta Plantation Nature Preserve, their 3/4 mile Raptor Trail features eagles, owls, falcons, hawks, vultures and other raptor species.  The Center provides year round live bird presentations and other educational tours by docents and a summer flight show. Group experiences include seasonal Eagle Research Observatory tours, Behind the Scenes Tours, and private educational programs.
